• CTC Tea
• Ashwagandha
• Green Cardamom
• Ginger
• Mulethi (Liquorice)
• Tulsi (Holy Basil)

• Boil one cup of water (180 ml)
• Water Temperature: 90°C - 95°C (194 °F - 205 °F)
• When the water starts to boil, add one teaspoon of Chai
• Let it simmer for 2 minutes
• Add half a cup of milk (if you want it milkier, go for 1 cup of water to 1 cup of milk)
• Let it simmer until half of the liquid has evaporated and you get the rich toffee color
• Add in sugar and let it boil again
• Strain the tea and serve hot
