Our catalogue consists of premium orthodox, CTC, and herbal teas. We have a wide range of Black, Green, White, Oolong, Chai, and Herbal teas for you to choose from.
We source our teas directly from some of the iconic teas gardens in India (Darjeeling, Assam, Dooars, Bihar, North-East, etc.), Japan, South Africa, and Nepal.
All our teas are carefully selected by our tea experts. Only the best batch of teas make their way to our inventory.
The availability of our teas depend on the season, our inventory, and order volume.
Except for single-estate teas, we do not keep all our teas ready for dispatch. We prepare blended teas only when we receive orders for the same. This ensures that the blends you receive are always fresh.
Shelf life varies from tea to tea. Generally, herbal teas have a shelf life of 6 to 10 months, single-estate & straight tea blends have a shelf life of 24 months, and flavor blended teas have a shelf life of 12 months.

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.
Shipping rates depend on the net weight or the volumetric weight of the package (whichever is higher).
Generally, for India, it is INR 100 - INR 130 for products that fall under 1 kg category.
For international, it is USD 15 for products that fall under 1 kg category.
For retail (online) orders, shipping is FREE for orders above INR 600 for India, and above USD 60 for International.
Due to the current pandemic situation, courier companies may charge additional shipping fees as 'Remote Area Delivery' for Red Zone declared areas in certain parts of the world.
In such cases, the additional fees need to be borne by the importer/buyer.
Our retail (online) rates are inclusive of taxes. Wholesale orders are exclusive of taxes. Also, all taxes imposed by customs are to be borne by the customers.
For Indian clients, you will receive your teas within 3-5 working days. For internaional clients, the teas are delivered within 15 working days. Please note, depending on your order volume and type of tea/s, we will require 1 to 2 days of processing time.
You will receive your tracking id once the teas have been dispatched.
You may choose to pay via debit/credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. All tarnsfer charges need to be borne by the customer.
