1. What are the different types of teas available?

Our catalogue consists of premium orthodox, CTC, and herbal teas. We have a wide range of Black, Green, White, Oolong, Chai, and Herbal teas for you to choose from.

2. Where are your teas sourced from?

We source our teas directly from some of the iconic teas gardens in India (Darjeeling, Assam, Kangra, North-East, etc.) and Nepal.

3. How is the quality of your teas?

All our teas are carefully selected by our tea experts. Only the best batch of teas make their way to our inventory.

4. Are your teas available throught the year?

The availability of our teas depend on the season, our inventory, and order volume.

5. Do you keep your teas ready for dispatch?

Except for single-estate teas, we do not keep all our teas ready for dispatch. We prepare blended teas only when we receive orders for the same. This ensures that the blends you receive are always fresh.

6. What is the shelf life of your teas?

Shelf life varies from tea to tea. Generally, herbal teas have a shelf life of 6 to 10 months, single-estate & straight tea blends have a shelf life of 24 months, and flavor blended teas have a shelf life of 12 months.

7. Do you also offer your teas in wholesale?

Yes, apart from selling teas online, we offer our teas to our wholesale clients worldwide. For wholesale enquiries, please send us an email at wholesale@theexoteas.com.

8. Do you ship your teas internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.

9. What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates depend on the volume of your order and the destination country. Generally, for India, it is INR 100/kg. For international, it is USD 10/kg. For retail (online) orders, shipping is FREE for orders above INR 500 for India, and above USD 50.

10. Are there any taxes?

Our retail (online) rates are inclusive of taxes. Wholesale orders are exclusive of taxes. Also, all taxes imposed by customs are to be borne by the customers.

11. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For Indian clients, you will receive your teas within 3-5 working days. For internaional clients, the teas are delivered within 15 working days. Please note, depending on your order volume and type of tea/s, we will require 1 to 2 days of processing time.

12. How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking id once the teas have been dispatched.

13. How do I pay for my order?

You may choose to pay via debit/credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. All tarnsfer charges need to be borne by the customer.
